Event Ordering

Event ordering was handled manually on paper order forms for a few years before returning to a modern, digital solution. This allowed for a number of improvements in ordering and reporting.

The new system allowed for capturing orders quickly and reliably at the event. Previously, a team of customer service reps were required to enter orders into the ERP system. With this improvement, we were able to free valuable time for customer service reps and provide real-time reporting of event stats and order totals at each event.
